Q:what Olympic sport would you compete in if your mom made you start when you were 5? If you had a choice as a kid to get into one? if you had a choice as an adult?

My older sisters did gymnastics, so for the sake of easy carpooling my mom might have made me start that. I would’ve been 5 when they were prime (or even past-prime) Olympic age since I was a surprise baby.

If I had a choice, I’d probably want to get into table tennis because I loved playing ping pong as a kid.

As an adult, I have to say I really like men’s field hockey because where else but the Olympics can you play that?
